Rebecca Krouse

Rebecca Krouse is the Chief People Officer at Oscar, where she oversees talent acquisition, people strategy, learning and development, culture and engagement, total rewards, HR systems and operations, and diversity, inclusion and belonging.  She has helped build Oscar’s People function over the past five years, and supported scaling Oscar from a start-up to a public company. She is one of Oscar’s longest-serving senior leaders and a strategic advisor to the company’s executive team on the evolution of their workforce, culture, and operations.

Rebecca has over 15 years of operational, advisory, and general management experience across multiple industries. Prior to joining Oscar, she held a variety of security and senior operational roles at Bridgewater Associates, one of the world’s largest hedge funds. Throughout her career she has provided management and workforce development advice to leaders of companies in healthcare, finance, advertising and entertainment.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from New York University.
