Once you become an Oscar member, go to the Oscar Unlocks Page and start unlocking! Participation in the Oscar Digital Rewards Program is available to all active IFP and ICHRA members (subscriber, spouse, and dependents age 18 and up), excluding those that reside in NJ and OK.
Talk to your broker about what benefits, rewards, and perks come with each plan. Once you become an Oscar member, you’ll see all your rewards and perks on the Perks Page.
Yes, benefits and rewards can vary by plan, and certain restrictions apply. Eligibility for rewards requires a member’s account to be in good payment standing without any overdue balance. Once a member’s account is current, the reward will be signed, sealed, and delivered.

ICHRA Off-Exchange Only Plans: ICHRA Off-Exchange Only Plans are plans only available to off-exchange members. Members earn the “ICHRA Off-Exchange Only” reward by completing all of the following: create an Oscar account, log into the Oscar app, opt into paperless communications, and complete a health profile. Contact a licensed agent or Oscar sales representative for details. This reward excludes NJ, OK, and Hy-Vee plan members.
Buena Salud: Buena Salud plans are available in AZ, GA, IL, and PA on and off the Exchange, and in TX Off Exchange only. Plan names, networks, exchange availability, benefits, and cost sharing vary by market and plan. Review the applicable plan documents for exact terms, limitations, and exclusions.
Rewards: Eligibility for rewards requires a member’s account to be in good payment standing without any overdue balance. Once a member’s account is current, the reward will be issued.

Oscar Unlocks: Oscar Digital Rewards Program participation is available to active IFP and CHOICE Arrangements (previously known as ICHRA) members (subscriber, spouse, and dependents age 18+). Members are limited to three giveaway entries per month. Five winners are selected monthly. Entries expire when coverage ends or the account is not in good standing. Members who earn more than $250 in Oscar rewards in a calendar year cannot win additional prizes that year. Priority Pal VIP Care Team access expires one year after redemption.
