Turning on paperless communications lets us send important things right to your email inbox.
Turn on paperless to receive paperless bills, benefits and coverage information, and other care-related documents whenever possible. You’ll be notified by email to view the documents in your account.
When opting in to paperless bills, benefits and coverage information, and other care-related documents you have the right1 to:- Withdraw your participation in paperless communication at any time.
- Request a paper copy of a document that has been sent to you electronically at no additional cost.
Update your Oscar paperless preferences:
- Log in to your account on the Oscar website or mobile app, navigate to settings and toggle off the ‘Paperless Preference' toggle to withdraw your participation at any time.
- Contact your Oscar Care Team by phone (855) 672-2755 (8 A.M. - 8 P.M) or send a secure message through your Oscar account and request that your participation in paperless service be withdrawn.
By opting in to Oscar paperless services you agree to receive the following types of documents electronically, until your consent is withdrawn:
- Financial documents: Bills, Explanations of Benefits (EOB), premium and rate change notices, tax documents
- Policy change documents: renewal notices
- Marketing and member education documents
- Coverage and care: utilization management determinations, grievance and appeal documents, and provider network changes
