Anyone eligible for health insurance can enroll in HelloMeno. It’s designed for women experiencing (or who have experienced) natural or forced menopause. And it covers benefits for the whole family.
Plan names to join the program vary by state: Silver Simple Women's Health with Menopause Benefits and Silver Simple Women's Health with Menopause Benefits Guided Care.
Women, typically age 45+, navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause. And their families.
- $0 primary doctor, gynecologist, and behavioral health visits
- $0 labs (including metabolic panel, lipids, vitamin D, calcium, and parathyroid hormones which can be affected by menopause)
- $0 prescriptions including hormone replacement therapy, SSRIs (depression/anxiety), and autoimmune
- $0 bone density scan
- Access to menopause experts through Elektra Health or Atrium Health (depending on where you live) at no additional cost
HelloMeno members in NC can earn:
- $15 each: cervical cancer screening (pap smear), mammogram
- $25 each: bone density (DEXA) scan, colonoscopy
- $25 for visiting an Atrium Menopause Clinic doctor or advanced practice professional
- $15 for getting nutritional counseling anywhere
- HelloMeno members in AZ, FL, GA, IA, MO, NE, OH-B (Buckeye), OH-C (Cleveland), TN, TX can earn:
- $15 each: cervical cancer screening (pap smear), mammogram
- $25 each: bone density (DEXA) scan, colonoscopy
- $15 for using Elektra virtual support services (coaching sessions, education, or virtual events)
- $25 for meeting with an Elektra doctor or advanced practice professional
Members in Oklahoma are not eligible for rewards.
