Overview
Oscar is offering licensed and appointed Producers (“You”, “Your”) the opportunity to participate in a new supplemental compensation program, the 2027 New and Renewing Business Bonus Program (the “Program”).
The Program is offered to You pursuant to Section 4.4 of Your Producer Agreement.
The Program pays qualifying Producers a one-time payment based on the number of eligible Initial Term and Renewal Term members they enroll for January 1, 2027 or February 1, 2027 effective dates.
At Oscar’s sole discretion, an advance partial payment may be made in December 2026 for eligible active renewals and initial term members enrolled November 1–30, 2026. The enrollment date Oscar receives on the application must fall within this period. Members must be ID proofed by CMS and/or Oscar, and the applicable minimum membership requirement must be met by November 30, 2026.
Final payments are expected during or around July 2027, subject to the Program Terms & Conditions.

Initial Term and Renewal Term members are counted separately.
For Alabama, Arizona, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia, the Program pays $50 per Initial Term member for 25–49 eligible members and $100 per Initial Term member for 50 or more. For Renewal Term members, the Program pays $25 for 25–49 eligible members and $50 for 50 or more.
For Florida, Georgia, and Texas, the Program pays $50 per Initial Term member for 50–99 eligible members and $100 per Initial Term member for 100 or more. For Renewal Term members, the Program pays $25 for 50–99 eligible members and $50 for 100 or more.
For North Carolina and South Carolina, membership in both states may be combined to meet minimum requirements. The Program pays $50 per Initial Term member for 25–49 eligible members and $100 for 50 or more; and $25 per Renewal Term member for 25–49 eligible members and $50 for 50 or more.
In order to be eligible for the Program, members must meet the following criteria:
