Where can I obtain at-home COVID-19 tests?

Oscar now covers up to two $0 at-home COVID-19 tests per month (per member) when purchased at an in-network location. You can log into your member account (opens in new tab) to search your network.

I didn’t get my tests at a CVS. How do I get reimbursed?

Don’t sweat – if you purchased the tests on or after January 15, 2022 from an in-network location, you’ll still be able to get reimbursed. Just use the OTC COVID Test Paper Claim form or follow the steps below:

What are the requirements for reimbursement?

If you purchase an over-the-counter COVID-19 test from an in-network location and are charged for your test, keep your receipt and submit a claim to us for reimbursement. In order to reimburse you for a COVID-19 at-home test, here’s what needs to happen:

Your tests must be purchased on or after January 15, 2022.
Your tests must be FDA authorized.
You must be an active member enrolled in individually purchased health care or on a small group plan or Medicare Advantage plan.

In addition, we’ll only reimburse up to two over-the-counter tests, per individual covered under your plan, per 30 consecutive days*. Each test is counted separately, even if multiple tests are sold in a single package. Test kits that contain two tests per kit are counted as two tests. This quantity limit applies to over-the-counter tests without a prescription. Also, ideally, your receipt should only include the purchase of tests and no other items.

*If you have coverage in the state of California you still receive up to 8 at-home COVID-19 tests each month. If you are a Cigna + Oscar member, at-home COVID-19 tests are no longer covered and you will need to pay out-of-pocket for any at-home testing.
