Meghan Joyce is Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Platform at Oscar, where she focuses on scaling and leading Oscar’s operations to enable long-term strategic growth.Meghan previously served in roles of increasing responsibility at Uber, most recently as Regional General Manager, where she oversaw business outcomes and rider and driver experience in cities across the United States and Canada.Prior to her time at Uber, Meghan served as a Senior Policy Advisor for the United States Department of the Treasury, an investor for Bain Capital, and a consultant for Bain & Company. Meghan serves on the board of the Boston Beer Company (SAM).She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard College.
