    • Oswell covers all of your health and wellness questions. These include things like:
      • “Can you help me refill my diabetes med? I forgot the name of it.”
      • “My doctor said something about high cholesterol. Explain the lab results she gave me and what I should do.”
      • “My hip hurts. Is it just my arthritis? Or which doctor can I see asap and how much would it” cost?
    • Oswell combines the best of AI with the best of expert physicians, giving members access to seamless, personalized healthcare information. When you ask Oswell a health or wellness question, he first gathers information and shares some basic guidance. If your question is more complicated, sensitive, or if you just need more help, Oswell connects you directly with our Care Team during our clinical hours (8am to 9pm, 7 days/week).

    • Oswell is rolling out in phases to Oscar insurance members 18+. If you have access to Oswell, you will see it within your Oscar account. We expect to launch Oswell to all Oscar insurance members in the coming months.

    • Oswell is only available to members who are logged into their member portal. This helps keep member data private. At Oscar, member data is protected with strong encryption and security controls.
