Optum's comprehensive resources also include the Live and Work Well site, ready to help you search for mental health providers and access self-help tools and assessments.
- Cigna Crisis Line (888-245-1491): For individuals enrolled in Cigna Healthcare + Oscar policies, Cigna provides a dedicated 24/7 crisis line. Additionally, Cigna + Oscar members have exclusive access to Talkspace, offering private online therapy sessions for convenient, immediate support.
- National Domestic Violence Hotline (1-800-799-7233 | 1-800-787-3224 TTY): This service is available to anyone in need of crisis intervention, offering information and referrals to local services for victims of domestic violence and those helping them
