With California in a state of emergency due to perilous wildfires, Oscar Health is offering resources and support to its members to ensure they have complete, unobstructed access to all necessary care at this time.Resources for Oscar’s CA members include:
- Coverage of all emergency services rendered by both in-network and out-of-network doctors. A detailed list of providers can be accessed here.
- Free, 24/7 access to Doctor on Call to speak with a licensed physician, certified to administer care and refill prescriptions.
- Prescriptions available at out-of-network pharmacies during this emergency period, along with replacement of prescriptions as appropriate, regardless of quantity or refill limits.
- Relaxed time limits for prior authorization, pre-certification, or referrals.
- A personalized Concierge team to help them navigate to best nearby care through secure in-app messaging, or over the phone at 1-855-672-2755.
- Access to their digital member ID card and overview of benefits via the Oscar app.
