How can I easily refill my medications? Florida is currently under a state of emergency in several counties which means that members that reside in those counties are eligible to refill prescriptions sooner than what is typically allowed. This is designed to help ensure that members do not run out of their necessary prescriptions. As an Oscar member, you are eligible to receive up to a 30-day supply. In order to receive an early refill, you will need to ensure that you have a refill prescription available at your pharmacy. If you do not have one already available, please call your provider so that they can send in that refill request. If you have traveled to another area to seek shelter, you can fill your prescriptions at any CVS or Caremark network pharmacy, even if it’s outside of your coverage area.
