Jesse Horowitz
Chief Product Officer
Jesse Horowitz is Oscar's Chief Product Officer where he oversees the Product Management, Design and Product Solutions teams. Jesse is responsible for the development of Oscar's product strategy and roadmap, focused on building technology and experiences that create differentiated applications and capabilities. Oscar's product team connects the dots between operations and technology with a strict focus on the human experience to refactor healthcare by creating products that reduce cost, complexity and friction. Jesse has been a member of the Oscar team since 2014, and during his tenure has served in roles for the company across Product, Insurance Operations and Concierge.
Prior to Oscar, Jesse held various Operational and Product positions at EnerNOC, a technology provider of demand side energy management software and energy efficiency solutions for commercial and industrial energy customers.
He holds an undergraduate degree from Tufts University in Psychology
