Oscar is excited to host our Director+ Onsite at our New York office from January 28 - 29. Our time together will focus on aligning our leadership team around Oscar’s 2026 vision, deepening our understanding of Oscar Health’s insurance and marketplace businesses, and setting clear priorities for innovation, operational excellence and growth in the year ahead. Dress code

The Director+ onsite dress code is business casual.

Onsite office meals

We will have catered lunch on Wednesday, January 28 and breakfast and lunch on Thursday, January 29. All dietary restrictions have been taken into consideration. We will also have a variety of snacks and beverages available.

Guidance to ensure you’re engaged and present

Please remain present during the onsite, and do not use your laptop or take calls during the presentations. Please set an auto-response on your emails to notify others your response may be delayed.

We will use Slido to facilitate Q&A. How Slido works: With Slido, you can submit questions and vote on the ones you care about – in real-time. Accessing Slido: You do not need to download an app but will instead scan a QR code to submit questions. You can access the Slido webpage to submit your questions.Attributed questions: You will not have the option to submit questions anonymously. Live questions from the room: During select sessions, we will also take questions from the room in NY.

Get Your Badge

Please check in with security on the ground floor. Use your temporary pass at the turnstiles, take the elevator to the 5th floor, and pick up your Oscar badge at reception.

Accessing the 4th Floor

Scan your badge on the tablet and select floor 4. If you do not manually choose to go to the 4th floor, the turnstile will automatically send an elevator to the 5th floor.

The Director+ evening event is on Wednesday, January 28, from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m.. Please do not book over this time! We want you to get to know your fellow Director+ leaders.

FAQ

    • Please wear business casual, but pack layers because the offices tend to be cool.

    • The onsite will kick off on Wednesday, January 28 with lunch at 12:30 p.m. and programming at 2:45 p.m. On Thursday, January 29, breakfast will start at 7:30 a.m. and programming will kick off at 8:30 a.m.

    • We understand a major snowstorm is expected to hit over the weekend, which may impact travel early next week. We encourage this cohort to make every effort to attend the event in person. However, if you are not able to travel due to the impact of the storm, please fill out this form to request access to the livestream.
    • Yes, we will send an email sharing the materials following the onsite.
