Think "polished but comfortable." We want you to feel relaxed and ready to engage. No need for suits, just bring your best smart-casual style.

Meals

Enjoy breakfast and lunch on-site at HQ during our in-office learning sessions. Expect a mix of thematic, energizing meals and premium hospitality while at the World Cup FIFA private suites.

You'll join us at our NYC headquarters for insightful sessions with our leadership team. These sessions will offer you the opportunity to engage directly with key decision-makers, ask questions, and share your thoughts.

Frequently Asked Questions

What costs will Oscar cover?
- Oscar covers your flights, event accommodations, ground transportation, meals during the event, and event-related activities. Personal expenses and additional accommodations are your responsibility. We will reach out shortly after you RSVP to secure your hotel and flight.
How will we get to the stadium?
- We provide seamless, round-trip luxury Sprinter transportation from our NY office directly to MetLife Stadium.
When does the match start?
- Kick-off is at 3:00 PM. We will arrive at 2:00 PM when the doors open prior to the match.
Can I bring a guest with me?
- You’re welcome to travel with a guest at your own expense. While guests can share your room, they’re responsible for their own expenses (flights, ground transportation, meals, etc) and won’t participate in the Oscar-planned activities.
Am I required to attend the VIP Event?
- We highly value your attendance. It’s not mandatory, but we strongly encourage it! If you can’t be there, please RSVP "No."
