CVS, an in-network Oscar partner, is one pharmacy group participating in The Federal Retail Pharmacy Program for COVID-19 Vaccination.5 Vaccines are available at select CVS locations by appointment, and based on local guidelines. Oscar will cover at no cost share COVID-19 immunizations within 15 business days after the immunization has been recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) and adopted by the CDC, and as required under applicable state laws and regulations. Oscar Medicare Advantage members, please note: the cost of both the COVID-19 vaccine and the associated visit(s) will be covered at $0 co-pay. Oscar is working with providers to make sure that they submit claims to Original Medicare.

If you have coverage in the state of California, out-of-network COVID-19 vaccines will continue to be covered with no cost-sharing.

Cigna + Oscar members, please note that COVID-19 vaccines are covered upfront when administered at a local Express Scripts-affiliated facility (This is not an all-inclusive list of pharmacies, and is subject to change at Express Scripts’s discretion). Members who receive the vaccine at another facility will need to submit a reimbursement form directly to Express Scripts. The form can be submitted electronically through your Express Scripts account.
